Lael sees herself as one of many women committed to being a guardian of empowered birth. Lael is an experienced birth attendant, childbirth educator, Calmbirth practitioner and mother of 3 amazing children.

She runs active birth and Calmbirth workshops, assisting and guiding women to harmonious and wonderful birth experiences. Inspired by her own birth experiences, Lael wants to encourage all women to believe in their own strength and power to achieve the birth they desire, whatever that may be. Lael's background is in children's entertainment, as well as workling with Archetypal Charts, Cutting The Ties That Bind, ceremonies for women and birth debriefing/counselling.

Jules Brooks

Jules is an experienced birth attendant, childbirth educator and Calmbirth Practitioner. She runs active birth workshops and workshops for Calmbirth, helping women to focus on their own resources to achieve an empowered birth experience.

Her interest in all aspects of birth is inspired by her own birth experiences. After having a caesarean section and two natural births, she is passionate about supporting women in childbirth. Her background in teaching and experiential learning, along with many years of attending women in labour, bring a dynamic approach to her support for women.

Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan, is one of the most ancient and most powerful styles of yoga. It supports us to become physically and mentally strong by creating a strong nervous system and healthy glandular and immune system so that we may live a life full of radiance and abundance. It is a transformational practice using dynamic posture, breath, mantra, sound, meditation, and deep relaxation.

A class leaves you with an overwhelming sense that you have nurtured your whole being and experienced something special. You do not need to be in perfect physical condition or share any particular belief system. Kundalini Yoga is for everyone.

We're all a combination of many different belief systems given to us via our parents, grandparents, siblings, religion, culture, peer group, school system and the media of the day. Not all of these beliefs serve you, especially not the ones that are fear based.

An archetypal chart reading shows you your contract in being here and how far you've come with that contract. It can be affirming or confronting, but it's always the truth. It's based on the astrological wheel, you pick from approximately 100 main archetypes and then different levels of consciousness are attached.

You can have an individual reading done and occasionally Barb teaches others how to do this work, via a weekend workshop. You receive a manual, the archetype cards, forms and tuition plus a follow up a month later. Her experience around these chart readings is comprised from doing over 13,000 chart readings.
